This Welcome Guide contains important information you need to know about getting started with your project as well as details on what to expect. We will communicate through your project workspace once your VIP Experience commences, but if at any time you have any questions or concerns before you get access to your space you can send us an email directly to support@designedbyfelicia.com.

PAYMENTS

Now that you’ve completed your deposit you have one final payment left to complete. You will receive a reminder to submit payment 3 days before your scheduled VIP Experience.

Note: If the payment is not made on time we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your VIP Experience.

OUR 4C’s FRAMEWORK

Utilizing our carefully crafted questionnaire as well as information from your pre-strategy call we will get a clear picture of your overall brand, messaging as well as discover your it factor, which will allow us to narrow down your design style for your upgrade.

Applying the information we’ve gathered from your questionnaire we will use it to design & develop a captivating website that connects with your business mission, vision, and goals as well as your ideal client.

Once your website is fully up and running we will ensure it has everything you need systematically for effortless conversions. That includes payment systems, google analytics etc…

To ensure continuous website health we will provide you with essential support to set you up for long-term success. This includes 14 days of website support, lifetime access to learning modules on how to manage your site and your post strategy call.

What’s Next?

Pre-Work that requires your attention

In order for us to make sure our time together is efficient and effective, the following tasks will be required to be completed before your VIP Experience.

Complete a thorough review of this welcome guide

Gather content (copy, photographs, etc) and anything else you think you will need for your website

R

Schedule and complete a Brand Photoshoot for your website before VIP Experience. (If applicable)

Complete your questionnaire, which will be emailed to you at least 2 weeks before your VIP Experience. Will take 90 minutes+ to complete. It will ask you detailed information about what you want and need on your website.

Schedule your pre-strategy call for your VIP Experience. Once you complete your questionnaire you will be prompted by email to schedule your strategy call where we will go over design direction and much more.

Access your Workspace and review it before you start your VIP Experience. You will receive an email from ClickUp 3 days before your VIP Experience asking you to “Join The DBF Agency Team” Here’s a sneak peek of how to use the dashboard once you receive access.

HOW DO I USE CLICKUP YOUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL?

ClickUp is a simple and intuitive project management tool that allows us to track and manage work, give context to questions, and easily find files. It’s one of our favorite tools to use with our clients. You will get a quick overview with video instructions on how to use it once you we give you access to your workspace. 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY WEBSITE COPY?

Your website copy is a key component of your website. It is the core text that narrates visitors through your website and tells them what they need to know about a brand. In your questionnaire you will be provided a space to provide your copy.
